Im basically keeping up with this out of nostalgia.
The story is aimless and the development stagnant and the author seems lost with the plot. There was a lot of potential but the author obviously didnāt have it all planned out.
Whats also annoying is the way the yuri character turned out:
The character development of yuri really doesnt make sense and he had no story arc.
Mid-way, Yuri became two dimensional and a caricature of his early self. He was a character with depth in the early chapters but now all traces of that are gone and every chapter is ālook at yuri being lowkey psychotic !ā
Im not kidding. Thatās literally all of what the past 10 to 20 chapters have been : Repetitive and aiming to shock the audience, thereās not one once of development in yuriās character personality, itās actually going backwards.
The thing is, the author is obviously making him look all crazy and obsessive on purposeā¦ especially with the way the eyes are drawnā¦ but I really have no idea where theyāre going with this unless we switch to a thriller??
Iām just sad because this is wasted potential.
