Ain't that the point for love bombing? Keeping him not so far not so close just where he can grab him. Had a scandal and says hes interested in him? If you fail to see it that way then I can't blame you.

from what i understand, love bombing is when someone showers u in overwhelming affection for only a short period of time whether its intentional or not. so far, he's not even being that affectionate or giving him any false hope. hes very clear and direct with what he wants, which is sex.

You are right however it is the start of love bombing, if it means for a short period of time or not it can be. It's the act of it that doesn't align with the morals of having sex with no clear intentions even though he clearly knows the coach has feelings for him. Yes, he was direct but it feels rushed therefore in my opinion i clearly stated "it looks like love bombing" so I totally respect you and the creator.

I can see where ur coming from, but I have to correct u on one thing, and its that the reason he's so comfortable with approaching the coach in the first place is because hes misunderstanding his feelings as sexual interest, not romantic ones. he isn't fully aware that the coach has a crush on him, he thinks that the coach is just sexually attracted to him with little emotional strings attached- making him the perfect friend w benefits,, thats like the whole reason hes choosing the coach specifically to "settle down". he's not being manipulative or conniving in anyway, hes simply oblivious which is not necessarily his fault, but i do see ur vision in where this could be leading to. I predict that he'll grow more comfortable with the coach and gradually become more emotionally intimate w him before suddenly backtracking for whatever reason, which is never easy to witness
