It has an interesting premise with a lot of potential, but there’s just too many loose ends and inconsistencies which are getting annoying. The FL getting too overpowered(how can you just know how to build an iron ship???), important ppl conveniently disappearing (why in almost all parties her family is not there when his father is the prime minister; the other 4 prince/s?? Aren’t they all 7?), and the fantasy/magic part of the story. I feel like it’s just there to make it more interesting/convenient for the MCs. Some arc were resolved too quickly w/o much detail.
Omg I thought I’ll just look at it (I’m not ready for too many chapters) but here we are after 1 day and 300 chapters. I dont know what I’ll expect but the story just keeps on giving and giving, I’m so hooked. Cant wait for the next chapters (and my lil cutie hell lord).
One of the nicest story line I’ve read in this category. FL really embodied a strong female lead who has overcome her grief, understand her shortcomings and faults(also of her parents), and grew to be a great duchess. I liked that there is growth on both FL and ML. Not sure what I feel bout the rape scene cuz I’ve read other historical stories that it is (sadly) quite common because I think of patriarchy. I think it’s for the plot so I’ll tolerate but not condone it.
Love this manhwa for displaying complex stories behind the character’s behavior. For me, even if a person is generally ‘good’, he/she can still be bad thing for another person. Same as even if he had a dark past, that doesnt excuse him for being bad to other people.
