Right It's not needed at the immediate moment. Treat by giving antipyretic and antibiotics. If still not reduced, go for further investigations cloudy
Because people have built up an immunity to antibiotics they're not as happy to give them out as they once were. You have to prove an infection now before they give them to you. It's a world-wide problem. People have built immunity to antibiotics, and so have the bugs. So they're not handed out like candy.

Yeah I'm aware, yet it's widely practiced to hand out broad spectrum antibiotics in case of suspicion.
Idk whether my answer is 100 percent accurate or not, but from what I know, aishiteiru means I love you in Japanese, is more formal, for suki desu, means I like you, which is not so formal compare to aishiteru, this is all I know, I hope I answered your question

Aishiteru/koishiteru is more intimate so I was hoping they both said that, instead of Suki because Suki is first level confession thing. It's just like saying 'I really like you'
It might be suki desu cause in japan people normally Don’t say aishiteru. It seems weird for them to say that so they Suki desu which can translate to I like you but in some cases it can also mean I love you, but then again its a manga so it could be aishiteru.
I'm concerned about the need of a blood test right after he came with fever. Why give dude some panadol or something
Also they need to communicate. Good communication in BL comics is so rare it's a treasure itself.
A fever could not be that serious, right? Right?
If he walked in with a 40* they'd do tests, yeah. It doesn't say how high, but they'd do tests if it's quite high.
