Spoiler: they do the marking, and it's actually kamishiro who sugests it, because he wants to feel more connected to Sena, but there's a twist, kamishiro also bites Sena (like in retaliation) because he feels he can't lock him up the same way and since Sena also wants to feel connected to Kamishiro, Sena tells kamishiro to keep bitting him, that way he always has the same mark. Sena's uncle sees it and tells Sena that he is a disgrace for the alpha race and Sena tells him that it's a proof/mark of their love <3 very lovey dovey - after all those years they really understand each other and keep challenging one another. Sena keeps fawning over kamishiro's strenght and bravery and supports him.
