I'm starting to think that little 'girl' is the missing Akai brother.
It would make a lot of sense, he got into trouble with the Org. and got shrunk and he went into hiding.

I think she is being controled because in one page it shoes ragus not her speaking with one of the mensagers and in another chapter when she descovers that her enemy is Rai she hesitates.
Are you confusing the clan leader Edian with Claudia Ragus Daughter? Cause Edian was the only one who hesitated when she thought she was going to fight Rai. Claudia is a whole different story, she only showed a bit of hesitation when she saw her father torturing Gejutel. Besides that, their isn't much shown about her feelings besides her loyalty to her father. Edian is most likely the one being controlled against her will....
I don't see how you can't figure out if 'Asaka' is a man or not, just look at the culprits hand, men natrually have larger hands then women, even if they are small.
And then he was talking in circles at the beginning of the chapter, which is confusing me.
