this only further shows her trauma. and deep rooted trauma like this doesn't magically disappear. she lost EVERYONE she cared about and had been abused since childhood. Now she finally has people, and a person she can call family and the fear of losing that newfound home is heartbreaking for someone like miesa...while we all want to see development, I love the pacing of the story. It will make that one courageous step to break free from that fear all the more impactful.

if he was anything like bjorn then i would've dropped this immediately. but i cant explain why i dont feel annoyed at him, and i swear it might be because the fl doesn't just take it.
