Imagine young girls reading this, thinking they should just let guys behave like this and push their boundries... No wonder rape among teens and young adults and even kids are going up

Well, if you've read the first few chaps in this... He was raped more than once... even at the same time with different people... You knew what you were getting into... The author even made it clear in her notes that this is a depressing manhwa, full of dark emotions...
And this is BL...
You expect a teen, or young people to be reading this?? This isn't even proper literature for them to read in the first place... That's why restrictions exist...

There's also the option of NOT reading it if you have so many complaints... This is why i hate readers who make the author change their plots to cater their needs... Why can't they just let the author do their thing? Just let the plot go and flow ... Gosh

I have read all your comments. You focus too much on defending this particular story, while i'm talking more in general.
I get that people like these kinds of plots and i'm not hating on you or those who do. I just wish sexual assault, dub-con and rape were handled with more respect and used a little more sparingly, cause i'm so sick and tired of seeing it. Also, children and teenagers are total experts online today. There are some many ways for them to stumble into this

I just don't understand you're attitude towards this... You complain, but still read it knowing what it is... You want the plot to go the way you want which you find annoying coz it doesn't go the way you want...
The author already put a warning in the beginning of every chapter... even the summary...
If you're so worried about those children and teenagers, then you shouldn't berate the author but the ones handling the site... They need to make sure that those of certain ages can access this manhwa or other similar stuff...
Besides, Yaoi manhwas are more on the 18+ genres... It shouldn't be accessible for children and teenagers in the first place...

You need to get some nuance into your life, girl!!! Get off the internet and try realising that things aren't just black and white, despite how ppl online desperately try to claim so. it's perfectly normal to like something but also dislike it at times. I like this story, i'm invested in the characters even though it's really fucked up. I sometimes like reading fucked up things, so sue me.

first off this manhwa is not on the same level as other stories involving "rape, abuse" etc. this is a slice of life while the others are more psychological with more dark shit. so comparing the two is not valid AT ALL. when people read stories with high levels of dark stuff it is expected and those characters in those stories are being judged with other characters of the same kind and of the same category. there are many stories with terrible mcs but that's a genre in itself, so people go into it expecting mc to be shit so he might not be judged as harshly as you do get what you expect. most of those stories are shit any ways

this story is a slice of life where there isn't any intense drama and supposed to be depicted as a "realistic" relationship. since mc is a totally normal dude if he's a cheating piece of shit then people can judge him as harshly as they want because compared to other slice of lifes mc's he's being shitty to his partner, can't say sorry and has a terrible victim complex.

also that part where you're talking about if anyone else has fantasized about how it would be to be with someone else is some serious projecting. normal people in a loving relationship do not think like that at all... if your partner is shit then it would be somewhat acceptable but in the context of this story inwoo has been nothing but an amazing boyfriend who is way too forgiving and doesn't deserve to be treated they way mc is treating him. and seeing your ex friends with benefits while you are still in a relationship EXPECIALLY when you haven't told your partner about them is so absolutely shitty and in some cases ground for a break up even if you "go without the intention of having sex" people can't fucking read your mind and believe your intentions expecially while you're in the middle of a fight...

Second off, i've read and watched books/media disussing this, i've talked about it with friends, i literally googled it before making this comment - having fantasies about other people while in a comitted relationship is quite normal and not commonly viewed as cheating. Maybe you're the one projecting, whatever that means... If your relationship and partner is basically perfect, then yes it's probably not normal - which brings me to:

Fourth, not sure I understood correctly, but you seem to imply that Inwo doesn't know about Chungi and Jihoo's relationship? I mean, chungi talking about having sex with jihoo to inwo was basically the catalyst of them getting together. I don't think inwo and jihoo has talked about it, but i mean, you don't usually bring up your ffs with your bf. Like you said, you can't read people's thoughts, which is why trust is so important. If you believe your partner to be so shitty they would have sex with someone else after a fight then you really should break up with them. Not saying it's okay to go to your ex ff's house and inwo should be mad about this, but jihoo has given no indication of being interested in chungi anymore, he doesn't really have many people to go to and it doesn't seem inwo feels at all threatened by chungi.

Lastly, bringing up rape and abuse: I know *this* story is not about that... i did not say it was.... the point i was making is that cheating is such a huge trigger here. People become soooo unhinged at the slightest hint of cheating it's kinda ridiculous, considering how actually common it is in the real world.

I don’t think you’re considering the context of Jiho’s actions though. No, he should not have run to his ex and personally, I feel he is more in the wrong than Inwoo (though they both did wrong) due to the whole mom incident, but him hesitating in his relationship does not make him a bad person. He was at a low with his rough fight with Inwoo, along with his fear of being outed being intensified and just wanted comfort. So, he went to Chungi because he is still a friend, but also because he is familiar. Him thinking about sleeping with Chungi was due to his own insecurity in his and Inwoo’s relationship at the moment, and I guarantee that if Chungi asked him the same thing before Jiho and Inwoo had gotten into their fight, Jiho would not even hesitate. Chungi was also just being a bad friend and person in general asking that question, but Jiho didn’t even take the offer so I that’s really not the part to be mad at. Thoughts are not something that can be controlled so his only wondering at the instance should not be blameable if he does not feel that insistently in their relationship.

We should more be focusing on Jiho literally instigating a meet up with Inwoo and his mom without telling him, though he knows Inwoo does not want to meet with her. Not to mention that he gifted the flowers to his mom when Inwoo had gotten them for Jiho. That was incredibly insulting and Jiho should have offered the choice of if he wanted to meet her or not, and settled when or if he did not. Reconciliation and confrontation is not always the answer and I do dislike when stories insist it is. And though I feel Inwoo was wronged, he should not have kissed him in public, knowing how deeply insecure he is about his own sexuality and it being perceived by others. You never know who you might meet in public, and had one of his coworkers saw, it would be possible that the whole office would know (I don’t even remember what he does I need to do a reread). Even if no one cared, it would still be dismantling for him to process and could make his issues even worse. The same could be said about Inwoo.

I believe that this is just an argument of two people that need to apologise equally and accordingly for their actions. I do not think that one should burden all of the problem in this particular argument.
