I enjoyed it, Ruri's reaction to Tooru telling him to "fix" his stutter (meaning well of course) was pretty justified after reading his childhood and all his life people telling him off, taunting him, making fun of him, etc. He viewed Tooru as being one of the people who didn't want to "fix" him, so when he heard that he was incredibly hurt. If you rationalize it from a readers perspective it's almost impossible not to find this annoying, but he has suffered all his life which made him incredibly insecure. He doesn't have something called self esteem, cause everyone around him made sure he didn't feel reassured by anything he did.
So with all this said, I didn't find him annoying. He was emotional, broken and lonely.
Bro the count is rizando el rizo, if you want death so badly why stall? As he been living under a rock? It's like that one person who laughs after a few days cause they finally got the joke. Get a life man, and who does he think he is? Like you're a Count, and you're talking about the Empress like she's your neighbor who you just dislike. Idk it just feels so stupid.
