I haven't read this manhwa for a while cuz it was getting too boring in my opinion, but from what I remember, most of us, or at least I, hate Jeanette because she's extremely oblivious, naive, dense, etc. She seems like a typical cliche damsel in distress that only really knows how to cause trouble, even without meaning to, and she doesn't even realise it. She's just all in all irritating in my opinion, and just isn't a great character. Plus, she seems to get manipulated too easily which will cause too much trouble. So, yes, some of us hate her because she is indeed too innocent, to the point where it's troublesome and frustrating.

This is so true. I did hate Jeanette for a while but when I put myself in her shoes I kinda understand where she is coming from. And most heroines are naive and kinda dumb until these villainess being reincarnated but still having their memories of their past lives suddenly starts popping up. If Jeanette got reincarnated and still has her memories I doubt she will be as naive as she is now. I bet if Athy didnt have her memories she would be as dumb as Jeanette and would constantly want Claude's non existant affection just like in the original novel.
