For the story, I'm rating this 9/10, not totally unique, but it was so cute and light. I enjoyed the characters very much, especially Ryuu. The secondary story was kinda nice too.
For the art, 8/10, not perfect, but I actually liked Moegi-sensei's style a lot.
I hope to read more from Shima and Ryuu. Then, aniki and his boss!!
The Story--6/10 . Potentially good but needed refinement. The characters are cute but lacked depth.
The Art--7/10. I found the art quite good, the eyes remind me of Dragonballs though

The story -- I'd rate it 7/10. It was good and entertaining. The characters are fun--especially Atsumi. I agree with most that Balaur should have a separate story.
The art -- 5/10. But the cuteness of the characters somehow made up for it :)

The art wasn't that bad. It was the shitty and badly cleaned scans that are to blame! It's worth it to read to the end.
