Sadly he hasn't yet. XDD He does however seem to notice his feelings for Sakura to be changing/different. I think that the change started in chapter 96. Though there are moments sprinkled in. /He's too dense so who knows when he'll finally learn about her feelings when he doesn't even understand his own. XDD Too bad Sakura isn't more bold. X'D
