At this Point Jin-Woo is only borrowing his Powers from a higher beeing just like the other Hunters only with this difference that his source is inside him (just remember what madam Selner said) so technickally speaking he isn't completly master of all Shadow Army. Some things will be cleared soon when he will wisit the Karutenon Temple, we will know what the system is and who made it and why

Yee, Aaron couldn't get all of it out 'cause Cain started to force his power out to keep Gyeong from waking up and dying I'm assuming. He started seizing there towards the end and judging by how freaked out Cain was when he noticed Gyeong's body fading out of their consciousness it was probably very likely that he would've died if Cain waited even a second longer.
I haven't read this but i kinda have a "Kashikomarimashita, Destiny" vibe from the summary. (￣∇￣") Hope this has a happy ending tho.
