I read the first page spoilers, checked the raws and indeed, that is what happened.
I used a rough translator. Both brother and sister and obsessed with FL, but ML primarily. He is downright yandere. He also remembers his past lives, where he always tried to protect her but failed.
She eventually leaves to go back to her little house, but he finds her and, as you saw, drags her back, drugged, chained, and in a cage.
The reason? It has something to do with demon king. I'm not sure, but maybe she is the next one? Or is the key to the next incarnation, like a sacrifice? This life is apparently her "last chance."
ML isn't taking any more chances, so it APPEARS he keeps her drugged and locked up so she will live. Or something.
The translator doesn't kanji too well and there's a lot of it.

Where did you read the raws?
if i’m being honest with you, i have no idea what i did was copy and paste the japanese title, put it into google, go to images, then just clicked on the different images till i found a site that had the full chapters. i already closed the tab so i cant provide the link or any info on what the site was called (i’m so sorry). if you try this you might be able to find it too. i suggest using an ad blocker though since a lot of these sites aren’t the safest and have weird ads. someone else here might be able to give you a link though. if i find it again, i’ll make sure to reply back. ╥﹏╥
