I think you misunderstood what they’re saying. From what I can tell, could be wrong, they’re saying it got a low rating cause basically every high rated story on this website, has one of those things on the first chapter and it’s become so normalized on the website itself to have those things
But the first comment clearly stated that the low rating might be due to the fact that the manga was just uploaded a hot minute ago. Jumping to conclusions and coming up with that idea out of nowhere seems wild to me.
