Of those, Immortal, Invincible is closest to The Scholar's Reincarnation in terms of plot (former powerful martial artist reincarnated into a loving family etc.). It's quite decent, worth a try.

Volcanic Age is my favourite (more sect-oriented than family-oriented) and I like Chronicles of Heavenly Demon almost as much, which feels a bit more like the dark version of Volcanic Age (essentially "good" MC is reincarnated into a demonic sect).
I definitely recommend trying these two.
