it took me a hot second too. basically what happens is that Blondie drops some food on himself and goes to the washroom to change. Giovanni’s parents force him to go help blondie. felix feels uncomfortable and follows giovanni into the washroom where he sees blondie in nothing but Giovanni’s shirt and some underwear. felix attempts to cover Giovanni’s eyes while saying “don’t look, he’ll get embarrassed” but then Giovanni says that he’s seen him in such a situation before.
felix has some weird fantasy about that in his head. then blondie invites them both out to drink and felix gets drunk and when giovanni goes to help him, felix pushes him away which gives Giovanni the feeling that something is off. felix, in his drunken state, wears a shirt similar to what blondie was wearing and comes out and asks giovanni whether he prefers a petite and thin body type and brings up blondie. giovanni is like “??? why are you bringing him up” and felix says he knows about their previous relationship. it ends with giovanni telling felix they dated for a week when they were just six years old—
