I'd imagine that only a dragon can lay dragon eggs. She is a human. mammals don't lay eggs. I don't know if it's possible to have children between different species in this world, but she would probably give birth normally. Maybe she would birth a normal human baby who can transform into a dragon. IDK could be worn.
