Hi! actually I did end up dropping it because the plot was kind of underwhelming for me and the constant highlight on the second couple (the blonde hair fl) kind of annoyed me although I haven’t seen what nini revealed in the spoilers, im glad to know by Lucy’s reply to me that they don’t end up together lol. I guess having two couples constantly fight for the attention of the reader kind of disorients me lol! Have fun reading

To be fair it happens a lot in real.life as well. I kinda get it. If you want thw child but you don't think the other part does or you don't want to be tied to them.
I haven't seen their backstory but I can actually understand it in this one. Seme doesn't recognize him, the marking and conceiving was an accident, and the seme is an asshole who is willing to kill even the uke.
It happens to me tho. I got pregnant because of an accident, and the father doesn’t know about it because I don’t want to get tied down or tie him down either. He doesn’t love me, nor did I love him. So i just selfishly hide the existence of the child I’m contented with it.
