Otome games can be for both girls or guys, but a lot of the marketing and story/plot deals with a girl main character in an all-male harem of sorts, and various routes with different sem- I mean, guys. There actually are some bl ones but there are very few (and barely any translated), and there are also Visual Novels and Graphic Novel Video Games (and CD voice dramas) that can be categorized in the bl genre. As far as this manga is concerned, I have yet to see this available or in production yet. Though it does have the makings of one, so I can see where you are coming from!
