Everybody here is worried about Shin and Wolfgang but is anyone else worried about the other side characters? Like Wolfgang's old buddies when he lived on the streets. What if they get killed, imagine Wolfgang's reaction. I still can't get over Dandy's death but this season/part seems to be full of conflict that will tear Wolfgang apart alongside Shin. (maybe I exaggerated a bit but drama is definitely gonna unfold).

Let's get one thing straight...We all want Wolfshin to be happy together but of course...
1.) Wolfgang needs to have an heir - you cannot just randomly pick someone from the crowd to be the next ruler as there are many things one must have to even be qualified like blond hair and golden eyes, the dragon passed down magic from the Goldenleonard bloodline and can be physically seen that children with said blond hair and golden eyes can manifest magic in which the kingdom's power comes from, even if the power source is cut off, it acts as a symbol of strength. But thankfully the last king had plenty of offspring so if one of them gives birth to someone with both characteristics, they could replace Wolfgang(or even the female warrior we see when they went to the gate, she has both characteristics)
2.) Marriage between two royals benefits both kingdoms. Goldenleonard needs to strengthen after the many things it has gone through and what better way is it to form an alliance by marriage. Shin is already surveying those who can be the best bride for Wolfgang and could greatly help their kingdom. Sadly if only Shin was a royal, this wouldn't be much of a problem.

I'm trying to be positive cause I remembered that Haga said that the reason why the second season was called "triple crown" was bc Wolfgang needed to conquer three crowns, it was vengeance, i dont remember the other and love (sadly the last) so I expect this season to be extremely angsty but I'm still hopeful they'll end together. But ur right about the king's last words, he will forever suffer from wanting:(

Rechecked the author's notes and the three crowns were
1.) Vengeance (When he took over the kingdom from the king)
2.) Power (Maybe this will be the main focus of this part/season is to regain power after all the attacks)
3.) Love (Probably not happening till the last part)
Still, I wonder what the King's words meant for the latter part of the series.

Shin himself is taking part looking for Wolfgang's Queen. They are preparing for somekind of match making party with other royals. The scene where Sys and Wolfgang were in a carriage is because they needed to travel somewhere I think for medicine or magic(I have not translated the latest chapter fully so this might not be as accurate). Shin tries to prevent Wolfgang going into such a "dangerous" mission but Wolfgang ordered Shin to just stay at the palace(then after the departure, we see the scene where Shin faints while wearing his Finance minister attire)
Am I the only one who noticed the change in the art style? Kinda disappointed because the old one was way better like I'd rather have one update a week just to get the old style back. Wowo even doesn't even look like "Wowo" anymore, the lines are much thicker, and the expressions are okay but it feels like they are totally different characters.
