Okay, let me start off by saying this started off strong and I really did like the beginning, but after a while, the tea is just kinda too much. I know the name is "The Duchess' 50 Tea Recipes", but tea itself is really not that interesting to me. Although I can see the author did their research :) But this webtoon lacks that one *thing* that makes it exciting and really captivates you.

Let's move on to my problem with the characters. Well, not necessarily *just* the characters, but how they react to the tea Chloe makes. Why does everyone (at least eventually) always like the tea?! There are sooo many people who don't like it (me included), so I see it a bit unrealistic for every single person to like it. I'd love to see Chloe maybe try something other than tea or just be fine with someone not liking it rather than forcing herself to make some new tea. Anyway, I might just be nitpicking this, but it just caught my attention while reading haha

Now about the novel...

I have NOT personally read the novel, but what I have done instead, is that I've done some research on my own. As I do not speak Korean, it was quite difficult to find some good information about Chloe's possible pregnancy, but I think I managed to do it!

I read the Namu Wiki page about this novel, and they mention there in the spoilers: Even in front of Chloe, the readers say that they smoke, but in the end, when Chloe becomes pregnant in an abduction, he quit smoking.

That translation was done by Chrome, so take it with a grain of salt. This means, Chloe gets pregnant *at least at some point* in the story.

Now I will present you with more proof of this. I was searching through the comments of the novel on Kakao page for more clues, and found this comment: I think side 2 should come out. The first is a daughter. I think similar contents came out the previous time ~~^^. (translation provided by chrome)

The commenter has read the whole novel. So, I strongly believe that Chloe gets pregnant IN THE SIDE STORIES. This is because pregnancy usually ends these kinds of webtoons and novels, and when there are existing side stories, it makes sense for the author to put the pregnancy there.

Now I'm not sure how well the webtoon follows the novel, but if it is closely and about one chapter in the novel equals one chapter in the webtoon, it will take some time before we reach those. This is because the side stories start at chapter 212.

Again, I will remind you, I DO NOT SPEAK KOREAN, so some of the information may be wrong due to Chrome's translation abilities and my misinterpretation. (sorry chrome, no hard feelings)

So in conclusion, I will probably drop this webtoon for now and come back once we reach the side stories. AND I WILL BE VERY MAD IF THE ARTIST DECIDES TO SKIP THEM (๑•ㅂ•)و✧.
