Can't lie, his inability to control himself and keep boundaries when he likes someone pisses me off about him. It's when he goes to Prison. So, i'd say start from chapter 11, you don't wanna miss MC's omega friend/cellmate, (who has a baby and hubby). They also are more interesting. Anyway back to the 2nd couple, you meet the Uke (Prison guard) properly in the second half of chapter 12 and the Seme (Alpha inmate) in the last few pages of chapter 13. 2nd couple have their first major interaction in chapter 14.
