If you're talking about that it's Korean and you can't understand it, the translation is under it in a small text. They probably couldn't put the translation inside the box and instead placed it on the bottom of the scene.

The book he's reading.... I- HAHAHAHAHAHAHA i cant believe hes reading romance novels. I used to be so-so with the art style esp the droopy eyes but it's now starting to grow on me. And omg the well trained dog and a ball description about the two of them fits them really well.
