im so so happy right now, eijun's pitching and at bat performance as a whole motivated the entire team - the entire moral of seido went up and eijun's stellar performance against ichidai is the perfect example of an ideal ace - the ace eijun wants to be. even though he hasn't had a hit, he has done an excellent job and has shown the best pitching he has ever done so far. despite the fielding errors and his team struggling to touch amahisa's pitch, he encouraged the team and refused to let them feel down. i am so proud of eijun, so proud.

i just KNEW rin's mum wasn't straight, i just knew it literally from the start. though, it doesn't make this any less sad.
and i am so touched by jun's mum. i will never understand being homophobic or anything likr that tbh, but to take time to learn about LGBTQ+ people and relationships and all of that, that was very good of her. i hope jun will be able to comfortably come out to her.
this is a beautiful manga. honestly, it is incredibly rare for many manga to even deliver even half the quality, intensity and such a storyline that medalist has done in four chapter in triple or even quadruple the number of chapters. this is jaw dropping. i love this manga so much
