In all honesty the more I read the more I am convinced there isn’t anyone better than him as a ruler. Everyone is so focused on their own goals and I kinda don’t feel ANY energy of a ruler neither in the ML neither in his father neither in his mother.
Rishar is strong but not as emperor kinda? Etienne is way too smart, the only thing he lacks is confidence and maybe independence.
Wouldn’t mind seeing him ad emperor in the end, I hope he does whatever he wants tho. Maybe being free is the best way ‘cause he spent his life being used and manipulated, he doesn’t need anybody that protects him. I like Rishar but I hope the one who will save Etienne is Etienne himself, because I believe he can do so and doesn’t need to ask sorry to anybody fuck!

I like the story but there seems to be something missing. The Mc got more chemistry with the Prince even though it’s a super toxic relationship…Ziegreg feel kinda flat or maybe it is the whole situation making it kinda no deep emotions(?) He feels more a second lead than the ML.
Also damn, betrayed by the one closest to you too, that’s sad. Prince is an asshole even in the end LOL
