I much prefer the ending where they don't end up together. I don't mind the professor being a bit of a flawed scumbag, he cheats on his kind wife frequently, sleeps around, is selfish, and has a receding hairline. The story knows this and for the most part it doesn't seem to completely excuse it, Jonathan and the Professor both know it's wrong. That's why it seems odd to disregard and have some typical happy ending after all of it, the bittersweet ending where they've both improved due to each other's influence but still part ways seems much more fitting. Would've loved Johnathan getting with Evan instead :/
Defiant Kim Dan is so cute, I'm praying so hard that he sticks around for a WHILE and eventually Joo becomes desperate. Honestly one of the first times I've enjoyed this series in a hot minute, more of this please!! Doesn't erase how rough the beginning was but if it keeps up this pace I may have hope of rating it 3 stars by the end lol
The Joon rebound and eventual side couple with the brother is gonna be so satisfying, I can feel it frl
When he gets all smiley he totally looks like he did as a toddler lol. This author is one of the few that's really talented at realistically aging the characters.
It honestly doesn't matter to me who the babies biological father is, just who the MC chooses. He doesn't have to be end game with the fertilizer, just the better gardener...
2017 people did / 1449 want to do
Some tropes that you feel aren't used enough or that only occur in a small portion of a story? I'll start: When a love interest falsely believes that the other person is a player/much more experienced than they are. Off the top of my head it occurs in On and Off as well as My Guildmate Next Door. I find that this is a low stakes misunderstanding t......
Audibly sighed, it's way too soon for a reunion. They've barely been apart.
In an ideal world they never get back together, Dan lives a happy life in a small town and Joo rots away in miserable alcohol. And then the story pivots so the actor and potato are the main couple (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Frl tho the only reason I'm still reading is cus that side couple slaps
It's wayyy too early for a reunion, I pray these two don't snitch yet. JJ needs to suffer alone much more, I need him DESPERATE AND BEGGING when they reconnect
This suffering arc better last for a whole season, I'll be pissed if they get back together in like 5 eps
I may be tripping but this chapter seems to be so short? I actually refreshed because I thought it didn't fully load lol. Well fingers crossed this is finally the end of this arc and we can actually progress again...but I feel like we have many chapters of clean up ahead of us
I have a feeling that white hair will be the end game love interest but I don't doubt we'll have to put up with a dozen chapters of the lawyer and mc getting together first. Stay strong yall, have faith!!
OK weird sister aside, this author is seriously elite at writing intimate scenes in all of their works. Like they're rarely over the top kinky but they really capture how overwhelmed with love it can be and the dialouge is perfect. It's a rare moment where I actually get embarrassed reading because it feels real lol
Omg I love love LOVE the MCs personality in this, it's refreshing to see a protag whi doesn't get stupidly flustered when they should cringe instead lol. Also I'm holding out hope for an omega top in the side couple
Lol I feel like I'm in the minority, I looooove the slow burn. So long as there isn't massive angst, a little jealousy is ok for me ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
It's always the best stories that are the shortest T_T I want to see their relationship evolve outside of sex...
Haaaaaa I just finished binge/rage reading Jinx and this feels like therapy for my soul. They're so goals, these other bitches wish they had their chemistry
