So, no one's going to talk about Sangwoo's mental disorder and its relation to his parents, huh?
Well, I guess it's good that not a lot of you are romanticizing them, and some of you guys actually take the time to analyze and express your perspective over this whole manhua.
I know it's fictional, but stories have meanings and lessons behind them, so analyzing them isn't necessarily a bad thing. (As long as you're open-minded, unbiased, and willing to listen to other people's opinions, which is something most people lack, to be honest.)
I would like to begin that I am no professional, whatsoever. I am just going to share my thoughts about this. Please bare in mind that I do not respond well to arguments and immature reactions. I am open to opinions that agree and/or disagree with mine, as long as we keep this proper and peaceful. (I know that it is something that cannot be avoided from other people, but you yourselves also have the choice whether or not you want to act negatively or peacefully.)
Another thing is NOT TO RELATE YOURSELF WITH THE THINGS I AM ABOUT TO SAY. A lot of people have diagnosed themselves as a certain mental disorder, without the help of a professional. (Not all professionals are correct, but that doesn't mean they're always wrong, which is why we depend on them.)
Now, when I read the 27th chapter, I had a lot of thoughts about this, and expected a lot of people to talk about the things that are happening in Sangwoo's head. I had suspicions that he has a mental disorder known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, given that he had shown symptoms such as flashbacks and nightmares, emotional numbness, irritability, and avoiding thinking about a traumatic event. But, then again, we can't be sure.
At first, Sangwoo was displeased by Bum's actions. All of a sudden, he felt shocked (shooked :() and frightened. Worried, in fact. Why was he acting this way? He had raped, abused, and killed many people in the past. Why was he suddenly feeling scared? It was as if he was remembering a certain event. It was as if he didn't want something to happen.
I have read some of your comments, and many of you said that he's actually bipolar. That's what I thought at first. I'm not saying that you're wrong, but in my opinion, I think that that isn't the case.
Something, deep within his mind, triggered him to remember the events in his past. I'm pretty sure that you have noticed: Sangwoo didn't want to be like his father.
Remember: Bum reminded him of his mother, who was abused by his father.
Have you guys noticed that when Sangwoo was dreaming, Bum was awake and telling him, "You're becoming more and more like your father," he had a mole at the lower corner of his mouth, just like Sangwoo's mom? (Ah, I think my grammar was shite in this part, but you get the point, right?) It was as if Bum and his mom WERE the same person. I believe that his mom said those exact words to Sangwoo, which must have stuck with him over the years, resulting to his actions.
He, of course, doesn't want to be like his father. That is why he doesn't want to lose Bum, just like his father lost his mother.
I get that it would be really awkward if you have to date someone you didn't even know in the first place, but it's a matter of life or death. Both of you swore that you would love each other in exchange of living again.
Rich boy is being in denial, but he knows that everything that's happening is real. I mean, he obviously is. But even so, he doesn't want to be with the other protagonist, JUST because he is a boy.
He's not thinking at all. I'm not gonna call him a jerk for that, but I'll call him a jerk for punching the other boy. He should know that both of them are in the same situation. lol
Wow, I'm reacting to something fictional. whoop But fictional stories comes with moral lessons too, so it's fine. lol

if seungbae dies, i'm gonna slap a bitch.
I said the exact same thing when I read that part ಠ_ಠ
