nobody deserved to feel suicidal or to go through these hardships, but it’s hard to sympathize with him bc off what he’s done in the past (kidnapping and attempting to rape his ex-husband’s boyfriend). like why would the author make him do such a shitty thing if they wanted us to root for him later on in the story? i seriously hope he gets the help he needs.

bruh he needs to go to a psychiatric ward. he is nowhere NEAR ready for another relationship when his mental state is so fucking fragile. like i would focus on how he’s not over his divorce and ex-husband, but the thoughts he has over killing people and then overdosing? he needs serious help lol wtf.

also, how is nera gonna get access to the eye color changing surgery? the equipment and finding a specialist is already going to be expensive and hard, so i’m curious how this will go.

I think anyone could potentially use the inventions Unleashers brought over/created so long as they're taught/smart enough to figure it out like the ML and his phone after Iris taught him and then that thing about that a family recipe passed down the family in Leissen (Mccartney's current descendant with the purple hair forgot his name)
wait a minute, back up. in chapter 63, page 20, the bodyguards that chowon hired (to assault heesoo) said ‘...i only have to open the door, right? we were in a lot of trouble last time over that broken leg.’
doesn’t this insinuate that the broken leg wasn’t an accident? can somebody explain this to me or am i misunderstanding...
it was only an accident, that's why they said that they were in a lot of troubles before because of that accident. Chowon didn't really want to hurt anybody, he didn't throw hands to someone, he just scares them away. It can be a psychological disorder when a person was very possessive when they receive something or have someone who they think belongs to them. It's like a yandere style in japanese where a yandere character can hurt someone from jealousy (cos its a very strong emotion for them to handle)
Meh even if it was an accident, the moment they kidnapped him they were responsible for everything that happened. Intentions don't matter in that situation.
i think i would understand the ‘scaring a person away’ except that heesoo was almost raped, like he was held down and his zipper was opened. i think that chowon would hurt people if it meant that he got what he wants, and in this case, it was his ex-husband. if he didn’t want to hurt anybody, no kidnapping would’ve happened. he would’ve just cornered him on the street or something. instead he said he’d pay his bodyguards triple to rape heesoo, yikes.
that 'i will pay you triple to rape him' is part of the 'scaring people away'. Did you just saw how that 'broken leg' incident affects him? it's like saying things when you're overwhelm in anger. He has a mental disorder, right? Hee soo was tied up and was drugged by the man, not chowon. You can see in chapter 65 were there is a panel that shows chowon's face, though it shows like he doesn't seem to look care, he also has that face in the 'broken leg' incident. He can't control himself when he was angry, that's why he pays other guys to do it for him. He only wants to abduct them, and to display dominance. Chowon already said that he doesn't want to hurt anybody. He's aware of his sickness, and he's starting to be scared from himself. You can already see his changes, from how he was happy because he didn't claim kyung soo as his, he just let them go. He wants to change everything about himself because his mistakes doesn't define his whole character. That's why there's a word "Character Development".
