It's because she knows they will chase her and her parents if she tries to run with them. They need her so she can impersonate the real villainess. Without the FL, all their plans fall apart, so there's no where she can go in order to be safe. They'll never stop chasing her. If she goes with her parents, the villains will makes sure to try and capture her parents so they can be used to get her to follow the villains. She doesn't have any physical powers or wealth to fight off everyone that is part of the scheme and if she would tell someone about the villains' plans then people are not likely to believe her without proof (and at the moment all she has are her memories of her past life), so the best way for her to destroy all of them is from the inside out. In other words: by going with them, she can take them out.
