I'm currently on chapter 120 of the novel and I totally agree with the comment above, the meeting with his family was way more dramatic on the novel, Miss Foxy (Kim Hannah) cleaned his room while he was sick, both his family and ex called the casino to confirm he asked to be banned... Maybe for those reading only the manhwa it was a decent chapter, but there was actually a lot of time skip based on the novel. When I decided to read the novel I didn't start from the beginning, but at the part I was at the manhwa (when he was taking missions at neutral zone). Since it was at chapter 30-40 and I didn't want to reread the scene at school because it was scary for me, I was okay at the time, but now I regret a bit because I feel I would enjoy the novel a bit more if I read from the beginning. There are over 300 chapters available (idk if it's finished) so it'll take naturally some time to read all the chapters. I recommend you to take your time and read it all, but if you don't want to waste time and wants to know that's going to happen, maybe you should start at chapter 30 to 35, so it'll be easier to know what's happening keeping in mind that there'll be way more details on the novel. Anyway, I' assure you that you won't regret reading it, to say the least. You can download the app of Wuxia World, it's very convenient for reading, it saves the page you last read and you can change the color of the page (at night I find more comfortable to read using black background and white letters). Definitely read the novel eveb if you're not really used to reading novels..This one is reaaaally well written and fun to read, and you can take your time and read at your own pace every chapter has soooo much more details which maked the MC's evolution a lot clearer and easier to understand instead of just making him seem OP.....And if you don't want to start from the beginning, definitely start from chapter 30-35 that's where a lot of the "important' details started being skipped in the manhwa
