I seriously adore the friendship! You know it's a good one when people borderline ship it, lol. But seriously, why don't more shoujo manga explore friendship? It's either established/undeveloped, or easy broken when a guy comes along. But this was just plain lovely. I keep coming back to reread it.

Okay, I love Kae, and I really tried to be patient with her, but enough is enough. She is being way too selfish. It's so sad that the people that love you have to be the ones to tell you that you're being cruel to your own boyfriend. And at this point, I can't even shift my hate onto the rival and blame him for the rift in their relationship, because none of this would have happened if not for Kae! She doesn't deserve Mutsumi. The stress she's causing him is terrible! Normally I'd criticize him more for not speaking up (lack of communication is the downfall of relationships after all), but honestly, at this point, I doubt she'd even listen. Seriously, I'm so disappointed at her.
Same here, she's taking his kindness for granted. Honestly, if he dumps her I wouldn't feel sorry for her. But as for the new guy, I think he's doing it on purpose. I can't help but feel like he's got something against Mutsumi.

Honestly, I found their alternate personalities so refreshing and think those sorts of personalities is much needed in shoujo. It really clears out all sorts of annoying and unnecessary dramas.
I love how this manwah calls out so many yaoi cliches, but damn if it's not frustrating. So many of her co-workers should be fired. I mean...having sex on the job? Really? WHY IS SHE COVERING FOR THEM??? She shouldn't have to save their lazy assess and take the blame for their faults. Stupid over affectionate couples.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't even finish the first chapter. I don't know what's up with shoujo manga and its obsession with student/teacher relationships, but a MIDDLE-SCHOOL STUDENT and a teacher? Please tell me that's some sort of mistranslation. That makes her a pedophile. And what was with the m.c being all "I support you in your love??" No, call the cops.

No? I'm not against there being messed up shit in manga, but if your setting out your manga to be realistic/slice of life-y, then the character's actions/reactions should align with that.
