You do realize she's been abused her whole life right?? She grew up thinking that everything is her fault. So the stuttering is basically the result of the abuse she got from her previous household. I disagree with your statement for maxi

1 is that she has twitter delaying her speech and causing her to develop an inferiority complex caused by this impediment

2 is that her father is the literal scum of hell. He abused and tortured her. Whenever she voiced objection she was beaten and further demeaned. She developed trauma from it and that's why shes so reserved. I doubt she would emerge confident from her th years of abuse.
