
It seems that her only sin was ignorance. What was she ignorant of? The things going on outside the mansion (poverty, starvation etc.)
It was mentioned in one of the chapter that when she became 16 she wasn't allowed to leave the mansion. Thus her ignorance wasn't willful. She did ask about the outside world (the scene about the ml hometown) and she wanted and was willing to her even with her limited knowledge.
I just feel that this needs to be said because that girl did not deserve death. I get why she "had" to die and that she in a way chose death. But honestly her death is just a pure tragedy. She lost everything, was betrayed and then sacraficed herself for the sake of the one who betrayed her.
At the same time he didn't have a choice. He had to do something to end their rule because of all the deaths and starvation her family caused.
How embarrassing this is gonna be for the evil little sister since this is a public event.
