If you count Japanese original, there are nearly 7 volumes! The last one uploaded here is from the 5th, but the 6th has been finished for a while and just needs to be finished officially translated, I think. You can buy the raws on QPA/renta website like I did since I speak a bit of Japanese, but I've also been keeping up with Si's twitter. The 7th book is being published monthly and officially comes out in November in Japanese (then it'll be translated into English) :)
