I don't understand why people are freaking out about a straight omegaverse. Did people never realized that there are straight couples in Gay omegaverses? It's not like omegaverses make straight people dissapear or something like that.
This one is just focused on a straight couple, it doesn't mean that gay couples dissapeared because of it. More like that in the same way there are background characters that are straight in a Gay omegaverse world, there are background characteres that are Gay in a straight omegaverse world.
Maybe that's because I first read about omegaverse in fanfics in the early 2010+ but, there where always both rype of couples in the stories. The genre only became popular in comics in these last years so, it wasn't that much explored and it usually uses cliche plots but it usually it does have both Gay and Straight couples in it, there are not that manny Straight omegaverse comics, doesn't mean that they do not exist or that they shouldn't.
Omegaverse is just a genre, one that started with fanfictions at that, so straight couples always existed because the people who where being written in the fanfic had their own parents (for instance Larry and Camren where really popular ships a few years ago and had multiple fanfics in omegaverse versions).
