Hope this gets popular enough domestically to have a kdrama. The plot is very nice and the characters, especially the female lead, are amazing. The male lead is a bit of a jerk, but it’s expected given his environment. Really unfortunate how dumb stories like ** get a kdrama but it’s these gems that aren’t that popular

I lowkey planned to drop this bc I thought it was a bit boring but the chapter made me change my mind. I feel so bad for him. Even though I’m simping for dark haired dude, now I want him to be the ML because he’s too pitiful. I just hope that Elena had really strong magic aptitude because it mentioned that her father was very gifted but rejected a position, so with a strong aptitude for magic, she can gain acknowledgment and his dad wouldn’t oppose their relationship as much.
