despite the heavy themes and internalized homophobia, i like how this story depicts mc's struggle of being a victim of SA.

It's clear he feels so powerless calling for help due to the pressure and environment. His internal battle with himself of coming to terms that he may be homosexual. The realization that his assaulter is close to him and can leave no trace. His fear and pain is nicely executed.

Some keeps shitting on MC bc of his subtle homophobic belief, but it was how he was raised, and so far, I don't think he showed hatred nor acted maliciously to someone for it. He's a guy who's barely had any experience in exploring his sexuality after all. Plus, his one sexual experience with a man before was a pedophile, so I'm not surprised if he might have lingering distaste for male sex because of his one exposure to it.

I'm not justifying his beliefs, just shedding some light how he came to have this kind of character.

hopefully, this story won't turn into a bad turn of mc being forced to like it, being a slave to pleasure. it'll feel like a poorly-veiled smut with a SA fetish. I'll be disappointed.
