I'm still confused about the part of Sunbae? He married someone right? Then why did he still went and pursued soonhwa?? That's the only part I didn't get. Awesome plot tho especially Goong Ha's sis.
Ikr! I think he's the least explained or concretized character. Or maybe i just can't grasp him. All i know is he has a wicked sense of love and somehow Sunhwa's repetitive confirmation made him obsessive. However, since Sunhwa ran away from him, he just took on another target. Then, when he tested Sunhwa thru an invitation (i think marriage is just another "heteronormative cover"), he just hoped he'd get another confirmation and continue their relationship. God forbid, maybe he even really loved Sunhwa just as implied by Dong Baek's dramatic arc about that sunbae's twisted personality.
I think his obsession with confirming love was bc of his classmate (the guy at the end who had an art exibition, don't remember the name). He never told sunbae he loved him and that left him broken I guess? So he had Sun hwa confirm it to how many times. I kinda like that he and his shitty friend don't get a "happy end" bc they were both equally shitty and toxic.
Am I the only one cringing everytime he proudly says his nickname "God of Blackfield"? I'm getting chuunibyo vibes lol.
