no i get that but she turned out that way for a reason: be it acting out or that she was neglected or even both. a mother can do more to help correct her child and put them back on the right path even if they’re that fucked up. people aren’t born evil and redemption is still possible especially when they’re a child, the age where they are most impressionable/vulnerable.

In the novel translations I read Arhad point of view loosing Ianna.i understand why he is possessive. Even tho he had the ability to defeat Ianna and forcibly make her his slave.he never did because he loved the Ianna who fought with the sword. But hated her because she never once saw beyond the sword. He still loves her so much tht he will kill anyone who takes her away from him. But if she leaves him, he will kill everyone and then himself. It’s the outcome of loving someone for 3lives but never getting them until now. He is born only from negative emotions but Ianna is the only one who makes him feel light and happy

Oh also. Arhad is the devil and the devil is only born from negative emotions. He has only hatred, rage ,anxiety etc in his soul. But Ianna she is the only light in his life. After killing her in his previous life he was gone crazy and about to kill himself but when he heard her say she wants to become his word in the next life, he reversed the time just because of those last hope her words have him. Reversal caused his life and soul to shorten in lifespan significantly all so tht he can have a little hope
