bro i thought we would finally get some depth and angst from chap 23 onwards but just disappointed at how shallow this story is. Its very one note...
love this story, it has perf balance of funny and serious like A Stepmother's Marchen

heiner is tragic but he needs to make a choice to move forward like how anette does. She took responsibility. She took the harassment and accepted them without denying or fighting, she took the burden, the hurt and the consequences of her naivete and after that she moved forward to be better. Heiner should do the same rather than keep on blaming the world around him which he can't even do anymore because anette's dad is dead and she is gone from his life.

i know she's supposed to be malnourished but they could have drawn it in a better way rather than making her look like an actual child.. Like show gaunt cheeks, ribs peeking out or clothes being severely oversized on her. Actually make her look weak and then as time passes show her looking more healthy but her looks should match her age, no?
