It's on every yaoi manga page. I mean, it's normal to warn people, especially the young ones.
If you know a little about Naoki Urasawa (the master we all should venerate ;p) here he draw and co-write this story with his friend and editor Takashi Nagasaki to make a really great manga, with a great storytelling (a bit confusing at first, because of time skip, but it all make sense after some times.) I really really really love this one!!!
It would have love it more if the author were focusing more on the story instead of rape and sex harrasment.
Every woman should read this manga. No EVERYBODY should! It's great stories about real life issues that happen to women and it's opening minds. It's shocking, sad and really well done.
