The last time I read this was like 2yrs ago so I can’t give u an in-depth explanation as to why u might enjoy, all I can say is that it’s a sloww burn because the story is more focused on the plot and character development rather than romance, which I loved because the plot was so interesting and the fml was strong-willed, skilled, and determined.
However, I will warn you that it’s on an indefinite hiatus.

I’m not sure if he’s the worst, but one thing is clear, he was only kind to the FL because she was a Bonaparte. The moment he found out she wasn’t a noble but just a shoe shiner, he called off the engagement and refused to meet her. The FL thought he was upset because she had deceived him about her background, so she went to see him. But no, he didn’t even let her in. He met her at the gates, in the rain, and that’s when she realized he wasn’t angry about the lie. He was angry because she turned out to be someone low-class, someone he believed didn’t deserve to be with him. So yeah, he’s bad. But at the same time, his feelings seemed genuine. That’s why I can’t really decide if he’s the worst, especially when compared to some other male leads in different manhwa.
