Wait wtf? Glen never apologized for his actions and yet Joseph is back to his side? And spourting nonsense about forevers? Oh god.. Whoaa I read this in one go and I have alot to say. First of all, people like uke exist. They have a trauma and gets closed off with others. They have hard time to say no or in other words "are just too nice" and it's hard for them to change that trait so I think the author is portraying the characters quite good. For seme, gosh he is such a darling. The patience & strength he is showing for uke is just too damn admirable. Regarding the ex and the older bro, they are the shittest characters. Also how tf is that dude a businessman yet has time to go around sniffing for MC?

I do know that they are helping shin and I remembered they asked for something in return from Wolfgang but was it ever revealed what they wanted? And is shin really going to have ability to give birth? Like is there any discussion regarding this. And most of all, is shin now cured from his suffering?

Did you read the latest update? I'm not sure which parts you skipped, but I'll do my best to answer. It might still be unclear though so I think reading the chapters would be better, but I'll try.
Red head is the Chief of the Chekrihol Nation where Wolfgang and the rest went to find an antidote for Shin's magic poisoning. Mpreg was mentioned and laughed off as a joke so not sure if that's going to come up again later as a viable option, but they seem to have moved on from it for now. Shin is not cured yet but his health is being more carefully monitored and taken care of. Chief hasn't mentioned what they want yet but something about the dragon's blessing was mentioned.
