Install CCTVs almost every cornor even toilets... it wont stop all bullying but the bullies can get even a little bit of punishment with evidence and mabye some will stop cause they're too scared to get caught. Also sometimes the teachers get rid of the evidence so the ones in charge of viewing the CCTV footage should be like the police or that education department or watever and the students and parents themselves. It annoys me with how many bullies could get real punishment if only there was just a camera recording everything. Sure not every school can afford it but it would be nice if they prioritized the environment and safety of students over school lunches and uniforms.
