i never thought taguchi would end up with the neighbor prolly because i already read the prequel? and honestly even the summary of this story says it all. but it's not like i don't understand the people who thinks like that since the 1st chapter was in the neighbor's pov which is usually likely to be the mc. but nope, taguchi is too head over heels for morisaki to even have an interest on other people xd
anyway, i've always wanted to know the continuation of their story after "like a sugar" finished so im really glad we got a spinoff. and im not lying if i said taguchi became even moreeee hotter than before. damn, morisaki is so lucky. but the part that i like the most in this story is when taguchi came running over to morisaki's place to apologize and to say that he doesn't want to break up. at first, he was thinking that morisaki will come to him (like usual) whenever they had a fight and ask him to eat as if nothing happened. so when taguchi realized that morisaki used words that he never used before, and that their fight is taking a bit longer than usual, he became worried and stayed outside of morisaki's place long enough for him to make his body so cold. and this is why you should be attentive to your partner and avoid taking them or their gestures for granted.

im still at ch 27 but i feel like i really need to comment this or else i might drop this. i liked the uke at first but at the middle, idk he suddenly turned out kinda dumb. first, he accepted the proposal (about the housekeeper thing) of the man who HARASSED HIM SEVERAL TIMES already. i get that he's feeling guilty that's why he accepted it. but honestly he could've still refuse it and think of another way to repay the guy. i mean, he knew that the guy is serious on trying to win his heart and is known for his aggressive advances and yet he still accepted it??? and what's more annoying is when ayumi confronted him about it and then he apologized for lying to ayumi, he didn't come home the next day. instead of going home to ease ayumi's worries, he got drunk and ended up not going home for that night. imagine if the chief didn't call ayumi about the situation, ayumi could've think that kotaro went to kyujo's place again. there's a limit on how much you can be nice to a person, especially if that person has the hots for you, when you're already in a relationship.
and dude, that araki guy is sooo annoying. a bitch, a manipulator. can't even get his own ikemen so he just keep on trying to destroy the relationships of the other characters so he can hook up with either of the two, for a fucking single night. yuck how low can you get
i still like kotaro although i really hate his decisions during those chapters. insensitive. he should've look at the situation on a different pov, ayumi's to be specific to know how bothering it would be. ah i need some fluff. i wanna see kotaro with his brothers again
they're both kinda annoying tbh. the seme is constantly and purposely making the uke jealous but got all mad when he felt jealous over mochizuki. tasted your own medicine eh? and i hate how the uke keeps on blushing on mochizuki's advances like wth what was that blush for? i also don't like how he kept quiet when kosuke announced their relationship to mochizuki. he was about to tell mochizuki about it anyway so why didn't he just tell the truth when mochizuki asked him if what kosuke said is true? i get that he's scared and not prepared that someone discovered about their relationship but come on, he knew that the guy likes him and keeps on making advances on him so he should've FIRMLY rejected the dude. actually, they BOTH should've done the same thing. kosuke should also stop purposely making the uke jealous because that's really stupid plus like what he said, he already confirmed the uke's feelings for him so he should stop it asap.
