So, the second season of the anime is pretty anime original. So my advice would be to start from the complete beginning of the manga, as the anime also changes other things, like how Kei's IBM behaves. ANd the chapters are short so it doesn't take longer than 2-3 hours to read, if you read at normal speed
But if you don't want to, then around chapter 20 it starts to go anime original, as I'm pretty sure that's the end of season 1.
