i lowkey was scared coming into this but its really not messed up at all storytelling was great
also im pretty satisfied that the main plot point wasn’t hitoshi and ma-kun’s romance bc his past is so much more interesting
his relationship with his ex is a classic case of completely different priorities and worldviews which honestly kills any relationship even if they had maximum compatibility. how are you supposed to keep going with someone who you can’t stay with anyway? especially since they both want different things and aren’t just the type to go with the flow. it’s nice that ma-kun found hitoshi even though he was a dick in the beginning. it’s pretty realistic imo and hella interesting
