
Abstract: The Anti-Ex propaganda is still prevalent in contemporary media, infiltrating even the lightest of entertainment such as a the three Ms: Manga, Manhwa, and Manhua. Historically, the romance literary genre has relied on the tried and true method of inciting drama and pushing the narrative through the common literary device known as “the past lover”.
