this is literally rape;; why are nun of you acknowledging that

Tf if someone is under the influence of drugs, smoking, drunk they can't give consent. It's not the fact that everyone has a different definition because you can't. r@pe is sexual assault. The chapter before and this new chapter has contained with r@pe. Honestly. The "definition you gave was a very violent description of sexual assault. You're saying that really dismisses a lot of REAL people experience. Please educate yourself on this topic before you spread false information.

I had no idea this issue was still open. Instead of fighting, let's just acknowledge that we all have different perspectives on rape, and rape or not we all know that were still gonna read it anyway. So I don't understand why you're upset, and it's just a story with a rape plot, and if it's true then it'll be another story and you won't expect as to just watch if its happening around us in real life so you better watch your mouth out and if you're really knowledgeable enough to judge us then you better know how to differentiate the fantasy and reality.

What I learned was basically a training. I can’t go over everything. You can take the time to educate everyone if you want but it’s literally one google search away. I googled it and this is the first definition I came across
“Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person's consent. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority, or against a person who is incapable of giving valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability, or is below the legal age of consent.[1][2][3] The term rape is sometimes used interchangeably with the term sexual assault.[4]”
I see so some arguments about how everything is fine and how he liked it and blah blah blah. This is why it is rape romanticization. The author portrays an immoral act in a way that makes it appear justified or acceptable. Rape romanticized is not the only time this is done. Often we see characters go off on murderous rampages and we at times feel like they are justified or cool or whatever.
So why the difference in reactions? That is because of the lack of consequences for rape crimes compared to others. The fact that many rape crimes go unpunished. An example is discrimination. There is a lot of criticism for stories that portray dark skin characters as villains or “in not good positions”. Black people are obviously capable of good and bad like any other human so why the huge reaction? Because racism is huge problem in reality among other reasons. However, for the point I’m trying to make rape similarly a big problem. Idk about where you guys live but less than 10% of rape allegations in America result in a jail sentence. This is in contrast to the fact that less than 10% of rape is even reported. These statistics are from around 2010.
Just because the MC appeared okay does not make the action okay. I will give you a real life example. An elderly woman was raped in her bed in her home. Lady said on the news he can come back again. She had a good time. Does not change the fact that it was rape.
I can offer resources and videos and articles but this stuff isn’t hidden. I also feel like some of this stuff is common knowledge. You, yourself, did not do my module thing that all school required, but you knew this was rape.
As someone who was turning a blind eye idk why I had to explain why it’s rape. Anyway, I’ve heard from media (not accredited sources but people) that Japan as a development country struggles with punishing any real sexual assault crimes. Like many forms of rape and sexual assault isn’t even considered that. Even if someone is rape there is no kind of consequence with unless there is DNA evidence. Many things we shrug off in anime & manga are actual problems there. An issue that pops into my head is when a girl group member despite having evidence was forced to apologize for being raped because she caused a disturbance.
And in this essay I....

I'm not promoting rape. I'm just saying that it's just a STORY PLOT, and without that kind of scene, every story will become monotonous and repetitive. Rape, assault, killing, and abuse are all part of the plot to make the story more interesting and distinct from others. And it doesn't mean I’m okay with normalizing rape because I appear to be okay with it. It's just that I know it was just a STORY, and even if I get angry in the comments section because the seme rape/take advantage the uke, nothing will change, so stop wasting your time complaining because nothing will change, and the author will not even hear or remove the rape scene for you just because you don't like it, they have their own plot and reasons why they did that so stop complaining and just watch how the story goes okay and it doesn’t mean they start with the bad meeting the ending will also be the same.
